 Reasons why Korean baseball is better than the MLB

-replace the "bat boys" with "sexy bat girls"
-add cheerleaders in skimpy clothing
-beer is not jacked up in price, $2.50 for a tall boy
-the intensity of a proper intense professional sport
-most expensive ticket, about $40.00
-average tickets $10.00
-after the game see the players and party outside the stadium because well you can drink anywhere in Korea
-only 8 teams, so it is easy to become familiar with many player quickly
-no players on steroids

Why MLB is better

-better athletes
-3x as many teams
-hot dogs at the game
-bigger ballparks with huge home runs
-players on steroids

Baseball is the most popular sport in Korea and the games are exciting. When a player comes to bat they each have their own pump up song blasted throughout the stadium. And usually each player has their own chant that the entire crowd knows and sings along. Everyone!

 The game is slightly different. The players here are true athletes. There is nobody throwing 101mile and hour pitches but every position is still very skilled. It is more a game of speed than the MLB. Base running is a bigger part of the game.

When at Fenway Park in Boston. imagine seeing a dude in a Yankees hat sitting in your section. He would be harassed the entire game. If an intense game I can imagine things being thrown at him right? Well in Korea you don't "boo" the other team. And you definitely don't yell, mock, intimidate or harass the other teams fans. You only cheer for your team and enjoy the good plays by your team. Strange concept for me. I was caught yelling at a fan or the other team in or section. And it did not get approving looks.

Finally food selection. What do you eat at MLB games? Hotdogs, peanuts, blooming onions maybe, you get the idea. Here I much down on some dried squid, spicy rice cakes, bring your own kimbob or heck bring whatever you like. You can bring the sharp steak knife, a bag of fruit and sit the cutting nice slices if mango for you and friends. Still I don't understand that haha.
